ImmoMapper.ch is a search engine for real estate in Switzerland.
ImmoMapper.ch searches the internet for adverts for homes that are for rent or for sale. It cleans the data, ammends it with other data and publishes the data in a map based interface. With ImmoMapper.ch users that are looking to buy or rent a home don’t need to search many different real estate portals.
The use of the most important features at ImmoMapper.ch is possible without the need to register. For some features, a user registration is necessary, e.g., to save an ad. Registration is also necessary for features that are not free for the user.
Registration is only possible if the user acknowledges this user policy and the privacy policy by checking the appropriate box upon registration.
Users are held responsible for the activities carried out using their login data.
The services of ImmoMapper.ch are only to be used for lawful purposes.

If the operation of ImmoMapper.ch is discontinued, users with a subscription that is automatically extended regularly receive a refund for the amount overpaid.

Users who choose to pay via payment services are transferred to the website of the payment gateway supplier in order to place their payment. All credit card information is given to the payment service only and is not and cannot be recorded by ImmoMapper.ch.
ImmoMapper.ch operates a collection of data on real estate properties that constitutes a database which is protected by national and international law. Any complete or partial take-over of any databases of ImmoMapper.ch is prohibited unless otherwise agreed in advance in writing.

If ImmoMapper.ch does not receive any written objection by the respective user, the changes are considered to have been accepted. In case of an objection, ImmoMapper.ch is entitled to cancel the registration of the respective user.
All terms of service are applicable for all users of ImmoMapper.ch, regardless of their country of residence.
The use of this website and of the services offered by ImmoMapper.ch are solely subject to Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction for all disputes between users and ImmoMapper.ch is the primary location of ImmoMapper.ch, regardless of the residence of users. The place of jurisdiction for private persons also considered to be the primary location of ImmoMapper.ch as well, but at least Switzerland, insofar as this is legally allowed. Conflicting laws and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods are excluded.
In the event that any part of this agreement should be invalid for any reason, it is to be replaced with a corresponding text, which is valid and equivalent to the intended meaning. The rest of the agreement shall remain unaffected and valid.
